🧭 The Path
Right Mindfulness

In brief
Right Mindfulness is the practice of paying clear, steady attention to what's actually happening right now — in your body, your feelings, your mind, and the experiences passing through it — without getting lost in distraction or judgment. It matters because so much of our suffering comes from acting on autopilot; mindfulness brings us back to the present, where wise choices become possible. A simple touchstone: noticing the sensation of your own breath, again and again, each time the mind wanders off. As the seventh step of the Noble Eightfold Path, it steadies and supports every other part of the practice.
