Mindfulness of Breathing

ānāpānasatiNiệm hơi thở
In brief

Mindfulness of breathing (ānāpānasati) is a meditation practice where you gently rest your attention on the natural in-and-out flow of your breath, noticing it without trying to control it. It's one of the most widely taught methods in early Buddhism because the breath is always with you, making it a steady anchor for calming the mind and seeing experience clearly. A simple touchstone: just feeling the coolness of the air coming in and the warmth going out, for even a few breaths, is already this practice.
