We began with four ultimate realities. Three of them — citta, cetasika, rūpa — have filled every lesson since: the restless, conditioned stream. The fourth we have only named. Now we arrive at it. Nibbāna is the one unconditioned reality, and understanding it is the point toward which all the analysis has been pointing.
